I am thankful for entering into this course; hopefully it will aid in overcoming procrastination and other unidentified hindrances to sustain happiness.
I just started taking the e-course and have been really appreciative of the in depth view of what is the inner voice. While it can be a voice that talks down to you, it also can hold you back from things you know would benefit you like taking care of your health, spending time with people who care about you, etc. I’m looking forward to learning more and discovering why I am dealing with so many insecurities and self hating thoughts.
